Welcome to DJ Afro Movies, owned and operated by Jockey Apps. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website, mobile application, or any services provided by us (collectively, the "Service").

1. Agreement and Service Description
1.1 The Service
The Service provides users with access to a library of digital media content, including movies and series, which may be viewed via streaming or, where authorized, downloaded for offline viewing. Access to content is primarily granted through paid subscription plans or one-time digital purchases (Pay-Per-View/PPV).
1.2 Legal Age
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to become a member of the Service and purchase subscriptions or PPV content.
2. Accounts and Membership
2.1 Account Creation
To access premium content, you must create an account, which may be linked to your email address and secured by a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2 Guest Checkout
If you choose the Guest Checkout option, your purchase access is linked solely to the M-Pesa phone number and transaction details used at the time of payment. We encourage you to create an account immediately after payment to ensure your purchase history is securely saved and linked to a permanent profile.
2.3 Termination by User
You may cancel your account at any time. If you delete your account, you will permanently lose access to all purchased and subscribed content.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment
3.1 Billing Cycle
Subscription fees (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Lifetime) will be charged to your selected payment method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership.
3.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.
4. Content Usage and Intellectual Property
4.1 License
The content available on the Service is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a movie, episode, or subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream or download (where permitted) the content for your personal, non-commercial viewing only.
4.2 Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
a. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content other than as necessary for your personal viewing.
b. Attempt to defeat, circumvent, or disable any security technology or digital rights management (DRM) used by the Service.
c. Use the content for any commercial purpose, including displaying it in public venues or charging admission for viewing.
d. Share your account credentials or content files with unauthorized third parties.
4.3 Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, and software used on or in connection with the Service are the property of Jockey Apps or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or by other means. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
